Contributed to the development and growth of LinkedRads, a teleradiology practice led by Dr. Rinehouse with nearly 15 years of experience. As part of the project, I focused on positioning LinkedRads as a trusted partner to clients rather than just a vendor. The practice has established an excellent reputation in the industry by fully embracing its role in the chain of care and consistently surpassing client expectations. LinkedRads offers tailored teleradiology coverage, including daytime, on-call, and after-hours solutions. The service provides preliminary, final, and sub-specialty reads, customized to meet the specific needs of each practice. The core values of the project emphasized the non-negotiable importance of service and quality, reflecting a commitment to excellence in patient care and client satisfaction.
